​Present Future is an ongoing collaborative social engagement practice centred  on facilitating utopian futures and world building designed by youth groups between the ages of 7-18.

The workshops include an element in which participants role-play themselves in the future but in the present tense, using technologies such as map-making, storytelling, motion capture and animated avatars as facilitation techniques designed to draw out the participants’ creativity,  confidence and comprehension of the social structures that they find themselves situated within.
